Our Applied Project Management (APM) course gives you a strong, practical grounding in the essential skills needed to manage projects with confidence.
This course has been designed as both an entry point into professional project management, and a refresher for those already working in project roles. It provides a clear, practice-oriented understanding of how to initiate, plan, control, and close projects using industry-standard techniques and tools.

Each participant receives a downloadable course workbook, as well as a certificate of successful completion at the end of the course.

The APM Course consists of 6 modules, as well as optional assignments after each completed module.

The programme has no prerequisites and is delivered online through a structured 6-week learning path with:
- 1 live virtual contact session per week
- Downloadable workbooks covering all modules
